The Coleman space heater has a built in fan that directs heat to the coldest area, like under cots, on cold fingers and toes. The fan operates on two D cell batteries for up to 18 hours. Heater operates up to 8 hours on a 16oz. propane cylinder. The heater operates with the fan on or off.
