Bollywood Burn

Finally here's a new dance workout that breaks the mold of the same boring old routines. Hosted by fitness sensation and traditional Indian dance expert Hemalayaa, BOLLYWOOD BURN will have participants moving and shaking to a hot bhangra beat. These are the same moves that light up the screen in some of Bollywood's biggest hits, and Hemalayaa's playful and energetic personality will have both newcomers to Indian dance, as well as veterans, releasing stress and burning a ton of calories. The program is flexible enough to let students alternate between simplified movements and the complete hip-shaking electricity of a Bollywood film star.
