Hobart ET27 4-Slice Toaster

A heavy-duty electric pop-up toaster for even the busiest of restaurants. Its 1 wide slots accomodate even thick bread slices. The slot openings are individually enclosed toasting chambers with one crumb tray for each two slots, and a bottom crumb tray cover. Each chamber opening is radiused to prevent crumbs from entering the interior of the toaster. Two-piece body construction has a stainless steel exterior for easy cleaning and sanitation. Solid state controls easily adjust toasting time and automatically compensate for ambient temperature and voltage fluctuations. Color control provides a full toasting range from light to dark. Open-ribbon, resistance alloy type heaters.
