ALPEN continues to offer lightweight, waterproof spotting scopes and has added three new models, including two rubber-armored models. In 2004, Alpen offers an optional hard-side deluxe travel case that includes a car window mount. The case is adaptable to fit most makes and models of spotting scopes. Each ALPEN spotting scope is nitrogen filled, waterproof, dustproof, and shock-resistant. All ALPEN Spotting Scopes feature powerful lenses, and come standard with a durable, padded field carrying case. Most models come with a portable 12 swivel-head tripod.
