This microscope is manufactured with a slide-in 2x stereo objective made from premium ground optical glass. Used in conjunction with the 10x (20mm) stereo eyepieces, you can achieve a magnification of 20x right out of the box. We offer a range of optional eyepieces and objectives as well. With our optional wide field 5x eyepieces, you can achieve a 10x magnification, with our optional 15x eyepieces you achieve a 30x magnification, and with the 20x eyepieces you can achieve a 40x magnification. In addition, you can add slide-in objectives of 1x , 3x, 4x, and 6x. With all the optional slide-in objectives and eyepieces this incredible little microscope can deliver magnifications of 5x, 10x, 15x, 20x, 30x, 40x, 45x, 60x, 80x, 90x and 120x.
